Serdang, 9^th February 2018 – Good work practice can be one of the factor for encouraging staff to produce a good quality of outcomes besides sustain the positivity in their rganization. 5S Committee in Internal Audit Department has visited to PSAS as a benchmarking towards 5s practice.

Internal Audit Department has chose PSAS to be visit for the award that has been won by them as Anugerah Pelaksanaan Kualiti Persekitaran Tempat Kerja (5S/EKSA) in Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Perkhidmatan HKIP) UPM 2017.

This visit was lead by Pn. Marziati Md Din, 5s Coordinator (Penyelaras 5s) of Internal Audit Department and also joined by total of 5 committees.

We arrived at 9.30 am and welcomed by PSAS 5s Committee which is lead by Pn Azwana Ab Rahman as 5s Coordinator of Perpustakaan Sultan Abdul Samad.

In her speech, Pn Azwana Ab Rahman has shared their experiences and tips on 5s practice which is “ Kekuatan kejayaan PSAS adalah daripada sokongan kuat pengurusan PTJ seterusnya kepada kerjasama semua ahli dan warga PSAS itu sendiri.”

5s Committee in Internal Audit Department has received souvenir by PSAS before tour around PSAS work area.

As in conclusion, this visit can motivates to all participants in applying 5s practice in their organization.
