Thursday, January 29, 2026. A total of 5 staff from the UPM Internal Audit Division attended a gymnastics and folk gymnastics program organized by the UPM sports center in conjunction with the message and mandate ceremony of the UPM Vice Chancellor in 2026.

The following employees are:

1. Mohd Nasarudin Iismail
2. Marziati Md Din
3. Nurul Ezani Abdul Malek
4. Nur Miera Kamarudin
5. Siti Noratyirah Kamit

This program is among the initial programs implemented as a curtain raiser for 2026.

The gymnastics and folk gymnastics were led by the feat by beat group of the University Health Center and also attended by none other than the Dato Vice Chancellor of UPM himself, YBhg. Dato' Professor Ir. Dr. Ahmad Farhan Bin Mohd Sadullah.

This program is generally seen as a starting program or can be likened to a "kick start" to UPM's efforts to implement a fit and healthy lifestyle among UPM employees.

The author hopes that more programs like this will be held as a catalyst for efforts to implement a healthy lifestyle among UPM residents as a whole.
