Congratulations! All University Responsibility Centers Have Implemented the 2020 Financial Management Diagnostic Self -Assessment.

SERDANG 23 March 2021, UPM All University Responsibility Centers have completed an online 2020 financial management diagnostic self -assessment. Self -assessment has been implemented by all PTJs between October to December 2020. Financial management diagnostics is a financial management self -assessment system developed by the Internal Audit Division based on the assessment of the financial management accountability index by the National Audit Department. Overall the results of the diagnostic self -assessment of the University's financial management are at an excellent level.

This self -assessment system is divided into two, namely University financial management diagnostics and PTJ financial management diagnostics. The University financial management diagnostic is a self -assessment to assess the level of compliance of the University's financial management while the PTJ financial management diagnostic is used to assess the level of financial management compliance in PTJ.

The system was also developed to provide exposure to University officers the key elements of financial management that need to be complied with that impact on increasing the level of efficiency of officers in financial management.

The University's financial management diagnostics has 9 main elements while the PTJ financial management diagnostics has 8 main elements evaluated. The evaluation results will be given an achievement score and the achievement results will be evaluated based on the weights that have been set for each element.

The evaluation results are given 5 compliance level scales based on achievement scores. Achievement scores between 90% to 100% are given excellent level, 80% to 89.9% scores are given good level, 70% to 79.9% scores are given satisfactory level, 60% to 69.9% scores are given unsatisfactory level while achievement scores less than 60% are given unsatisfactory level.
