Conducive and Productive Work Environment

Serdang, 14 July 2022 - In conjunction with the activities organised by the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) organisation at UPM Internal Audit Division level, one of the criteria involves is the evaluation of the workspace’s cleanliness of the Internal Audit Division. Therefore, EKSA Committee of the Internal Audit Division has held a competition for the best Officer’s Room and Workstation from the 20th to 23rd June 2022.

This assessment was led by Mr. Wan Muhammad Isam Wan Ismail as the chief auditor and assisted by Mr. Mohd Azis Abdullah. The evaluation criteria include the neatness of work desks and equipment, furniture layout, arrangement of stationery, labelling, clean and functional lights, functional electrical sockets, cleanliness of the floor as well as clean and tidy equipment and decorations. The inspection was carried out on the workstation and officer's room involving all employees in the division. The winner for the best workstation category was won by Mrs. Balqis Md Ruslan, Administrative Assistant. While the winner of the best officer's room category was won by Mrs. Nur Miera Kamarudin, Finance Officer.

 

Hopefully, the organization of activities like this can provide encouragement and motivation to the employees to look after and ensure that the work environment is clean and organised which can led to a conducive and productive work environment. Congratulations to the winners.
