SERDANG, 11 August 2022 – A total of 8 delegates from the Internal Audit Unit of Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) have visited UPM’s Internal Audit Division on 11 August 2022. The delegation was led by Encik 'Ubaidillah Bin Ozmin as USM’s Head of Internal Audit together with 7 staff members.

The purpose of this work visit is to share knowledge related to the use of the COSO Framework in audit assignments and the experience of the Audit Division in UPM related to the Quality Assurance Review (QAR) that has been implemented.

The sharing of knowledge continues with the sharing of experience related to human resource auditing which consists of services, management and development of human resources that have been carried out at UPM.

Representing UPM’s Internal Audit Division, the information session was presented by the head of each section in Internal Audit Division consisting of Mr. Sharul Azman Ramli, Mr. Mohd Azis Abdullah and Mr. Mohd Faiz Suparman.

After the sharing session, Mr. 'Ubaidillah Bin Ozmin expressed his appreciation and thanks to the Internal Audit Division of UPM for being willing to receive a visit from the Internal Audit Unit, USM. UPM Internal Audit Division is very pleased to be able to share experience and knowledge to help create an information sharing network between universities.
