SERDANG, 22 July – The Internal Audit Division participated in the UPM Service Innovation Award 2024 with the participation of two innovation projects namely Vehicle Management Control (VMAC) led by Mr. Mohd Azis Abdullah and the Borang Pinjaman Buku (BPB) innovation project led by Miss Nurrul Syakira Bakhtiar.

1) Vehicle Management Control (VMAC)

VMAC is an application that transforms manual vehicle management record control and monitoring into a digital application that aims to optimize vehicle use, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

VMAC functions to record, monitor, control, and manage PTJ vehicles more effectively including various functions such as tracking vehicle location, maintenance scheduling, fuel consumption management, and ensuring driver safety.

2) Borang Pinjaman Buku (BPB)

'S.P.S" is a 'tools' or method developed to record, monitor and find out the status of the movement of books in the Internal Audit Division that have been borrowed and used.
