Putrajaya, 19 August – The Internal Audit Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) conducted a two-day session on the development of the YADIM (Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia) Dashboard System, aimed at establishing a monitoring mechanism for audit issues under YADIM’s Internal Audit and Quality Unit.

The session was delivered by Mr. Mohd Faiz Suparman, Head of Financial Audit and Dashboard Section, Internal Audit UPM, and Mr. Mohd Azis Abdullah, Head of Performance and ICT Audit Section, Internal Audit UPM. Both speakers shared their technical and practical expertise in designing the structure, functions, and data requirements to ensure the system developed can be optimally utilized.
This session also served as a continuation of the development workshop held on 15 and 16 May 2025, which was more comprehensive in detailing system requirements, interface design, and data integration. With this follow-up, the development of the YADIM Dashboard is expected to be implemented in a more structured, practical, and focused manner to enhance audit monitoring effectiveness.
The Internal Audit Division extends its appreciation to all parties involved for their cooperation and commitment. This initiative is believed to strengthen the effectiveness of audit issue management and support YADIM’s efforts in achieving continuous improvement.
