SERDANG 20 December 2022, UPM – The UPM Audit Committee chaired by YBhg. Dato' Dr. Hasan Mad and is composed of YBhg. Dato' Syed Haizam Hishamuddin Putra Jamalullail and YBhg. Prof. Dr. Abu Bakar Md Sultan visited the UPM agricultural farm area managed by the Putra Agricultural Center (PPP), the Faculty of Agriculture (FP) and the Faculty of Education Studies (FPP).

In line with Goal 4: Empowering Agriculture and Food Security Resilience as set out in the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025, the Audit Committee's visit to the UPM farm area aims to obtain a true picture of the management of agriculture-related activities carried out, the coordination of agricultural areas, agricultural mechanization facilities and latest technology agriculture that is used to realize the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025, especially in the fields of teaching, research and income generation.

The Audit Committee has made a visit around the Puchong Farm and Agricultural Farm area in the Serdang campus. Among the agricultural farm areas visited are:

1.	Putra Agricultural Center (PPP)	1) Aquaculture Livestock Facility, Puchong Farm; 2) Fruit orchard area, Ladang Puchong; 3) Livestock area at Farm 16; and 4) Livestock area at Farm 14
2.	Faculty of Agriculture (FP)	1) Aquaculture Research Station, Puchong Farm; and 2) Farm 15 crop and livestock area
3.	Faculty of Education Studies (FPP)	1) Teaching area, crops and livestock at Farm 10B
