Serdang, 28 January 2026 – The Internal Audit Division successfully conducted the Internal Audit Division Strategic Planning Workshop on 28 January 2026, from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., at Tutorial Room 2, Faculty of Educational Studies.

The workshop was organised to review current performance, identify emerging challenges, and formulate the strategic direction and key priorities of the Internal Audit Division for the 2026 planning cycle, in alignment with the university’s governance requirements and the Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS).

The programme was implemented through two main sessions.

Session 1: involved all Internal Audit Division staff to obtain comprehensive input and collective perspectives.

Session 2: involved head of section for more in-depth and focused deliberations.

This workshop marks a significant step towards strengthening the Division’s strategic planning framework and enhancing its role in supporting effective university governance.
