UiTM Shah Alam, 22 November – UPM Internal Audit Division continues to be committed to strengthening the auditing work process by holding a strategic partnership with UiTM Internal Audit Division at the Tun Abdul Razak Library, UiTM Shah Alam. The UPM delegation led by Mr. Sharul Azman, Head of UPM Internal Audit along with 13 officers were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Mia Imawati, Director, UiTM Internal Audit Division.

This session began with a sharing regarding UiTM audit reports by Puan Mia Imawati. The speaker shared the audit reporting structure and important elements that need to be considered in writing an audit report. The speaker also shared a system developed internally by the UiTM Digital Department which is used as a medium for reporting audit draft observations and receiving audit responses.

The program continued with a sharing regarding the Quality Assessment Review (QAR) by Mr. Mohd Azis, Head of UPM Performance Audit Section. The speaker shared on the QAR implementation method and improvement actions that have been implemented at UPM Internal Audit through internal and external assessments held periodically.

After the sharing session, the program continued with a visit to the Tuanku Nur Zahirah Art Gallery (GESTURZ) which was arranged by UiTM. The content of this program is aimed at strengthening relationships and experiencing the art gallery as a laboratory of creativity through Augmented Reality technology.

This strategic partnership not only strengthens the collaborative relationship between UPM and UiTM in the field of auditing but also proves the commitment of both parties to improve competence and added value in the internal audit process.
