UPM SERDANG, 08 August 2022 – The EKSA Committee of UPM's Internal Audit Division has organized a sales event involving recycled materials as an effort to support UPM's Go Green initiative. This program is publicized through posters to all residents of Internal Audit to donate materials that can be recycled at their respective homes with the hashtag #trashtocash #janganbuang.

Among the recycled materials that were successfully collected are paper, boxes, glass bottles, plastic, and aluminium cans. The program started with the collection and separation of materials at PTJ's recycling bins located at the Go Green Corner and they were sent to the Recycling Sales Centre located at Serdang. Through the sale of recycled materials, the Internal Audit Division has managed to obtain a total cash of RM27.

Hopefully, this program can cultivate the practice of recycling among Internal Audit members and support “Save Earth" campaign for future generations.
