UPM Serdang, 11 May 2023 - The Internal Audit Division continues to stride in cultivating Go Green practices amongst the staff by organizing a Used Clothes Recycling Day Program at Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (HSAAS) at 12.00 noon.

Apart from clothes, fabric-based items such as curtains, sheets, blankets, and toys are also accepted. It is an initiative of the Internal Audit Division to support the go green practices applied by UPM. This donation of used clothes can not only reduce the disposal of clothes in landfills but can also help decluttering our home. Furthermore, clothes that are not used can be 'saved' and given 'second life' by recycling as per needed.

Hopefully more programs like this can be done from time to time every year to increase awareness among staff to practice recycling in their daily lives.
