Kuala Lumpur, 13 April 2026 – The Internal Audit Department of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) took a proactive step by participating in the SALIHIN Digital Forum 2026, held at the KLGCC Convention Centre. Guided by the theme “Bridging Ideas, Building Future,” the forum served as a strategic platform to discuss the critical roles of governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation in shaping today's business landscape.
Governance Transformation in the Digital Era - In the current dynamic business environment, organizations face increasing expectations to strengthen governance, enhance ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, and ensure cybersecurity resilience. The forum highlighted how technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), can be leveraged to holistically enhance risk oversight, operational efficiency, and organizational resilience.
