PUBLIC SECTOR CONDUCTIVE ECOSYSTEM LAUNCH COUNCIL (EKSA) ENTITY VICE CHANCELLOR'S OFFICE

Serdang 14 April 2022: The entity of the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has carried out the Launching Ceremony of the Conducive Ecosystem of the Public Sector (EKSA) at Serdang Briefing Hall here today. It was launched by the Vice Chancellor of UPM, YH. Professor Dato' Dr. Mohd. Roslan bin Sulaiman.

EKSA was introduced from January 2014 as an initiative to rebrand the 5S practice (set aside, organize, sweep, uniform, and always be charitable) in the public sector in considering the need to provide a high quality and conducive workplace environment.

Previously, effective implementation of 5S practices can improve service quality, save costs, and simplify work processes.

Director of the Quality Assurance Center, Prof. Dr. Amin Ismail, Director of the Center for Strategy and Corporate Relations, Prof. Dr. Azmawani Abd Rahman, Director of Sports Academy, Prof. Associate Dr. Tajularipin Sulaiman, Director of the Occupational Safety and Health Management Office, Prof. Associate Dr. Mohd Rafee Baharudin, Director of Waqf, Zakat and Endowment Management Center, Prof. Associate Dr. Mohd Daud Awang and Head of Administration of the Vice Chancellor's Office, Noorizai Mohamad Noor were also present at the event.
