SERDANG 14 JULY - Anugerah Pencapaian Cemerlang (Majlis Anugerah Gemilang Putra) at Universiti Putra Malaysia is a recognition and appreciation of UPM officers and staff who have achieved a level of excellence.

Through this recognition, healthy competition among employees at UPM, especially in the Internal Audit Division, further encourages the improvement of work performance and discipline. Emphasis on a culture of competition among colleagues needs to exist in an organization. This intended competition is not in an unhealthy form that is always associated with negative terms such as office politics, fan legs, dumb legs, scapegoats and the like to the point of destroying relationships among staff.

As an injection and encouragement to the staff of the Internal Audit Division to remain committed and competitive in realizing service delivery, Puan Nurul Ezani Abdul Malek, Assistant Accountant of the Internal Audit Division has received the Outstanding Service Award for the achievement of work performance in 2020.

This time the response is unique and different where the university has to comply with the National Rehabilitation Plan (VAT) Phase 1 which is in force. Payment of the excellent service award (APC) incentive for 2020 this time is made through the recipient's account on the July 2021 salary.

To further boost the momentum of this award, the University has developed a link to the Gemilang Putra Award Ceremony which contains books and recipient information. Through this initiative, university residents can see the list of outstanding award recipients among UPM residents.

The staff of the Internal Audit Division congratulated Puan Nurul Ezani Abdul Malek once again on the achievement of excellent performance in 2020 in order to continue to excel in service to realize the vision and mission of the university.
