Serdang, 23 October 2025 – The Internal Audit Division of University Putra Malaysia (UPM) organised a Healthy Potluck Competition held at the division’s meeting room as part of its initiative to promote a healthy lifestyle and the practice of balanced eating among staff.

The competition showcased a variety of creative and innovative dishes prepared under the theme “Healthy, Delicious, and Cost-Effective.” Evaluation criteria included nutritional value, taste, presentation creativity, and cost management effectiveness.
To ensure transparent and professional judging, the organising committee invited two special judges from the Department of Dietetics, Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (HSAAS), UPM, namely Mr. Muhammad Ariff bin Abd Rahman, Dietitian Officer, and Ms. Noor Farahanim binti Yusoff, Science Officer. Both judges possess extensive experience in dietetics and patient nutrition, providing expert perspectives in evaluating the dishes presented.
The competition not only raised awareness on the importance of healthy eating but also served as a platform to strengthen camaraderie and teamwork among members of the Internal Audit Division.

The competition results will be announced during the Division Meeting scheduled on 24 October 2025. It is hoped that through programmes like this, staff will continue to embrace healthy eating habits while fostering a positive, harmonious, and healthy workplace environment.
