Serdang, April 10- The Internal Audit Division organized a PTJ Financial Management Diagnostic Self-Assessment Workshop at the Zetta Computer Lab, Information and Communication Development Center (iDEC). The workshop which lasted for 4 days was attended by representatives from all PTJ UPM.

The workshop was briefed by the Head of Internal Audit, Pn Zainora Abdul Talib said the purpose of the workshop was to increase the understanding of administrators and staff responsible for financial duties at PTJ regarding compliance with financial duties at PTJ regarding compliance with financial regulations towards management more efficient and efficient finances. In addition, this workshop can also help administrators and officers who are  responsible for the financial tasks of the program  the use of diagnostics and methods of inputting data and uploading documents in a hands-on manner. The Internal Audit Division has developed a simple financial diagnostic application for each PTJ. PTJs need to make a self-assessment of their respective PTJ's financial management by filling out the simple application that is on the audit website.

A financial diagnostic assessment is held every year, however this year a workshop was held to help PTJ as the criteria to be filled in are different from the previous year's assessment. There are 7 elements that need to be filled by PTJ, namely organizational management. Acceptance management, Procurement management, trust account management, asset management, store management and vehicle management. This diagnostic assessment must be completed and submitted online on or before 30 June 2023.
