Serdang, 22 May 2025 – The assessment of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) at the Internal Audit Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) was successfully carried out with the presence of external evaluators, TS Mohd Dinul Syahidi Sabardin and Mr. Fadhlil Zakuan Ahmad Fadzil.

This assessment played a vital role in evaluating the level of compliance and effectiveness of EKSA implementation in line with UPM’s commitment to fostering a quality work culture, uniformity, and a systematic office environment. Moreover, EKSA serves as one of the main criteria in the scoring for UPM’s Quality and Innovation in Service Day (HKIP) for the 2025/2026 session.
Throughout the assessment session, various aspects were scrutinized, including workspace management, documentation maintenance, cleanliness practices, and adherence to standards outlined in the EKSA framework. The assessors provided highly positive feedback, particularly commending the dedication and commitment of the division’s staff in maintaining a conducive work environment.

The assessment concluded with a photo session as a token of appreciation and remembrance, ending at 12:30 PM.
