Data Analytics Empowerment Through Power BI Workshop

UPM Serdang, 3 and 4 November 2025 – The Internal Audit Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) organised a two-day Data Analytics Empowerment Workshop Through Power BI. The workshop was held at the Putra Future Classroom (PFC), Faculty of Educational Studies, UPM.

The workshop was conducted by a speaker from the Sultan Abdul Samad Library, namely Ts. Mohd Afiq Rusly, and assisted by Puan Syafiqah Nabilah Jamali as the facilitator. The workshop was attended by all officers from the Internal Audit Division.

The program covered the use of Power Query for data cleaning and preparation, serving as a foundation for visualisation and analysis in Power BI. This workshop was held to strengthen existing analytics practices and broaden the data visualisation approach in audit tasks.

The workshop concluded with a souvenir presentation and a photo session with the speaker. May the knowledge shared benefit the participants of the workshop and further enhance the quality of their work and data analysis.
