UPM, SERDANG, 20 Nov 2024 – The Quality and Service Innovation Day (HKIP) celebration of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with the theme "Melagang Inovasi, Menjulang Kualiti" took place. This HKIP event is an official UPM event held biennially and participated by UPM staff.

The 2023/2024 HKIP UPM event, held for the ninth time, was jointly organized by the Quality Assurance Center (CQA) and the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Cultural and Arts Center (PKKSSAAS), UPM.

This event aims to raise awareness among UPM staff about the importance of innovation and creativity in work implementation, as well as to foster the values of innovation and creativity culture among UPM staff.

The event was officiated by YBhg. Dato’ Professor Dr. Ahmad Farhan Mohd Sadullah, Vice-Chancellor of UPM. To realize the practice of processes, approaches, and cultures based on innovative and creative characteristics in services, and to contribute to the improvement of service delivery quality, the Internal Audit Division was directly involved in HKIP 2024 through participation in the service innovation competition.

A total of five HKIP awards were contested, and the Internal Audit Division was one of the leaders for the Financial Management Accountability Index Award.

Congratulations! to the responsibility centers that won the contested awards and to the involvement of the Internal Audit Division staff throughout the HKIP 2023/2024 celebration organized.
