February 12, 2025, Serdang – The Internal Audit Division of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) received a courtesy visit from the Audit and Quality Unit YADIM delegation, led by Mrs. Basheera Hj. Mohideen, Senior Assistant Director of Audit and Quality YADIM. The visit was warmly welcomed by the Chief Internal Auditor of UPM, Mr. Sharul Azman Ramli, along with the Head of Section of the Internal Audit Division.

The purpose of the discussion was to provide an overview of the structure, functions, and roles of the Internal Audit Division that supports the strategic plan of the organization (Universiti Putra Malaysia), the effectiveness of the UPM Audit Dashboard system in monitoring audit issues, best practices in performance audit implementation, and a deeper understanding of the audit process up to reporting, while strengthening the professional relationship between both parties.

Additionally, the development of an in-house audit monitoring system for each audit task and process developed by the staff of the Internal Audit Division became a key topic of discussion.

At the end of the session, a souvenir presentation and photo session were held as a gesture of appreciation and to strengthen the professional relationship between the two parties. The event concluded at 5:30 p.m.
