Serdang, 5 August 2019 – Good work practice can be one of the factor for encouraging staff to produce a good quality of outcomes besides sustain the positivity in their organization. 5S Committee of Internal Audit Department has visited to FEP as a benchmarking towards EKSA practice.

FEP has been choosen as a sampel since they won in Anugerah Pelaksanaan Kualiti Persekitaran Tempat Kerja (5S/EKSA) in Hari Kualiti dan Inovasi Perkhidmatan HKIP) UPM 2018 and also PTJ that apply EKSA in their organization.

This visit was lead by Pn. Marziati Md Din, 5s Coordinator (Penyelaras 5s) of Internal Audit Department and also all of 5S committee members.

We arrived at 9.00 am and welcomed by FEP Coordinator Cik Nur Nadjla Ahmad Razei. In her welcoming speech, she has shared FEP experiences and tips on EKSA practices which is mostly strong support given by faculty top managment and also the whole PTJ staff , academician and also operation staff.

After the talk, all participants has been taking tour around FEP for a sampel place of working area, store, meeting room, filing system and pantry .

The visit has be ended at 11 am and as a conclusion, this visit can motivates to all participants and Internal Audit as a whole to start transforming from 5S into EKSA practice in our organization.
