Serdang, 23 January 2026 – The Bursar's Office, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) has presented the application of the Non-Governmental Fund Guidelines at 09.00 am at the Radin Umar Engineer Auditorium, Faculty of Engineering, UPM. This briefing was attended by all UPM staff face-to-face and online. The main purpose is to strengthen understanding, improve compliance as well as standardise the implementation of the Non-Governmental Fund Guidelines in line with the university's financial governance requirements which emphasise the principles of integrity, transparency and accountability.

The session began with a welcome speech and a new year speech delivered by Mrs. Siti Amira Shukor, as the Bursar.  After that, Pn. Mazitah Ahmad, Deputy Treasurer, gave an explanation of the new guidelines for the understanding of all staff which included explanations related to the scope, procedures and requirements for the application of the guidelines.

The briefing session was completed at 11:30 am and received good cooperation from all those present.
