Serdang, 12 June 2026 – The EKSA Committee of the Internal Audit Division, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), conducted a benchmarking visit on the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) to the Institute for Social Science Studies (IPSAS) on 12 June 2026. The visit aimed to share best practices in EKSA implementation and strengthen continuous improvement efforts towards creating a conducive, systematic, and competitive work environment.

The delegation from the Internal Audit Division was warmly welcomed by IPSAS staff and received a comprehensive briefing on EKSA implementation, covering workspace management, green practices, organizational innovation, and employee involvement in sustaining the EKSA culture within the responsibility centre.

Throughout the visit, the delegation had the opportunity to tour office areas, EKSA corners, workspaces, and various green initiatives implemented by IPSAS. A two-way knowledge-sharing session was also held to discuss challenges, experiences, and strategies for continuously strengthening EKSA practices.

The visit is expected to provide inspiration and new ideas for the Internal Audit Division in its efforts to enhance workplace quality and support UPM’s aspiration towards excellence in organizational management and effective service delivery.

The Internal Audit Division would like to express its sincere appreciation to IPSAS for their warm hospitality and willingness to share valuable experiences and best practices in EKSA implementation.
