AUDIT INVOLVEMENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCE ORGANISATION

SERDANG, 1 July 2022 - Internal Audit is an independent activity that aims to provide assurance and consultation to add value and improve the organization's operations. It also helps organizations to achieve their objectives by using a systematic and disciplined approach to assess and improve the effectiveness of governance, control, and risk management processes.

UPM's Internal Audit Division received a visit from the Head of Internal Audit, Universiti Sains Malaysia, Mr. 'Ubaidillah Ozmin to learn about the audit methods and processes carried out by UPM's Internal Audit Division in human resource auditing. 

Representing UPM’s Internal Audit Division, the information session was presented by the head of each section in Internal Audit Division consisting of Mr. Sharul Azman Ramli, Mr. Mohd Azis Abdullah and Mr. Mohd Faiz Suparman.

The discussion is more focused on methods and reviewing criteria in human resource auditing which consists of services, management, and development of human resources.
