BOOK LOAN

The book loan service at the Internal Audit Division is open to all staff of the Internal Audit Division and also to all UPM staff and students.

For the book loan service, you need to fill in the loan application form by clicking the logo below --->

 

  

Here are the book loan and book return methods:

 

Book Loan Method:-

  1. Book loans are open to UPM residents only;

  2. Users are allowed to borrow 2 books at a time (please fill out the Book Loan Form separately);

  3. The book is allowed to borrow for a period 14 working days from the borrowing date;

  4.  The book collection materials are divided into 4 categories namely Audit, Administration, Religion and General;and

  5. Users is fully responsible for the books were borrowed.

 
Book return method :-

  1. Borrowed reading materials can be returned at the book return box provided at the Sudut Bacaan,Bahagian Audit Dalam; 

  2. Loan materials MUST be returned before or on the specified date.

  3. Users are required to report any loss of borrowed books immediately to the Jawatankuasa Sudut Bacaan,Bahagian Audit Dalam;

  4. Late return, damage or lose of the book, users are required to pay a lost/damaged fine.
