The technology is so quick and fast, especially in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has changed the way people work, communicate and carry out daily life. According to the study Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), more and more work has been taken over by manufacturing intelligence and automation (robotics) where it is the biggest agents of change in the Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0.

Based on Oxford University study in 2013, 47 percent of total employment in the United States will be threatened. The first field is particularly the medical radiology, because relevance is manufacturing intelligence will take over the task to diagnose the health condition of the patient using an image processing algorithm with an accuracy of 91 percent. It shows the manufacturing fitness helps reduce errors compared to simple human error as a result of many factors when handling data.

Both are media agencies forecast a reduction in recruitment. Just look at the development of digital advertising is mostly changed very quickly where online advertising in social media over stole the reader. Online advertising is using 100 percent automation software and manpower needed only a very minimal and mostly controlled by the machine.

There are areas such as legal professionals who will suffer the pinch threat IR 4.0. The information is consistent with the findings of a study conducted in 2018 also found that manufacturing intelligence can detect errors in the legal contract simultaneously within 26 seconds with an accuracy of 94 percent. Instead of 20 lawyers United States takes 92 minutes to perform the same task with a lower accuracy.

Therefore do not doubt, not only the blue-collar impressed with IR 4.0 and even white-collar group must also be ready to face this wave.
