Movement control command
Movement control orders are orders issued by the government directing the public to restrict movement and not to travel abroad for a specified period of time.
Although not allowed to go abroad or participate in any public programs, the community is still allowed to do important things such as doing business with the bank or buying daily necessities and medicines.
In other words, avoid social activities. True it may seem like a nuisance but the ultimate goal is to lower the epidemic curve.
The command is locked
The curfew also involves the army, we have not yet reached that level, where people have to sit in the house and not get out.
This bracket is an order that does not allow anyone to do any activity outside their home including going out to buy food and so on.
This is because it allows the security forces to carry out the task of identifying criminals or intruders trying to enter the country.
Emergency
It's different from emergency. Emergencies under the Federal Constitution may only be declared by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, as provided in Article 150.
As a result of the declaration of emergency, the national leadership was taken over by the military, any law could be passed, even though violations of the Federal Constitution and elections could also be postponed.
An example of law passed during an emergency was the Emergency Ordinance 1969, which allowed the government to make detention without trial.
So don't think that far! Together we pray that the world will be free of the plague called Covid 19!
