Audit Survey Form

A questionnaire form developed is to gain insight into the quality of the services we provide throughout the duration of the audit. The questionnaire form will be prepared in accordance with the title of audit assignments executed during the year as follows: -

• Borang Soal Selidik Audit Daftar Aset dan Inventori
• Borang Soal Selidik Audit Pengurusan Akaun Amanah Dan Penganjuran Seminar INSPEM
